![]() Hello Friends! I have missed the blogging world this week. I just haven't had time for much of anything. My best friend Leanna is in town (from San Fran) staying with me, going through a very close loss in her family. So it has been a sad week. I have also been feeling under the weather, but doing better now. Despite the circumstances I am loving having Leanna in town. NOTHING ever skips a beat with us. AND Chris and myself's birthday party is this weekend (I haven't done anything in the name of cleaning and/or decorating_YIKES)! I will come up with something! Okay, ANYWHO- back to what this post is about. A week or so ago I made these cute little heart shaped elbow patches for my grey cardigan from target. I used pink felt (the $0.99 kind) for the hearts, and red thread. I had a few more pictures of how to put the patches on but, um I can't find them on my computer and I already deleted the camera. Whompwhomp. You get the picture though. Super easy. To find where your elbows are on the sleeves you need to put the sweater on, and then use a sharpie marker to put a dot on either elbow. Then you will cover the sharpie dot with your elbow patch! Viola! And yes, I really did wear this outfit to work. Hat and all. We are learning about Western American art right now to get ready for our field trip to the Go West exhibit at The High Museum of Art. Outfit details: Cardigan: target + DIY White collard shirt: Jcrew Tie: boyfriends closet skirt: target watch: Kate Spade Apple Basket purse: Modcloth Shoes: Modcloth And I will leave you will this cheesy, but GREAT love song since I didn't update all week, basically! ;) Xoxo,
