The leaves are changing - I can see it friends! A new season of friendships, blogging, football, and so much more has arrived and I am without words excited! There is a tree outside of my small but rather cozy front porch that has a hint of that darling fall colored yellow we all love shining through. I am anxiously waiting to report that the entire leafy structure has finally turned from green+yellow to full fledge Fall Goodness. I will keep you posted. There is nothing I love more than a slow cool morning of porch sitting with a warm cup of coffee//pup time//reading. Can it get any better?! The fall colors//cooler weather can really do a number on my nutrition. Let’s face it, there are many fall foods that are so delicious they should be illegal. One of the most popular of these fall food classics is the Pumpkin Spice Latte {Go ahead, you can admit you have one in your hand right now}. One quick search of #PSL on Instagram will show you there are more than 200,000 photos of this divine sugary concoction to date. The average Pumpkin Spice Latte has over 250 calories of not so real pumpkin yumminess, which inspired my first post to send you a recipe that will make a fab Pumpkin Spice Latte. The latte below is less than 200 calories and makes two {so you can share with your BFF}.
