NYE Party decorations & flare!

Here are a few pictures of the hats, crafts and decorations I made for our party on NYE. Most of these supplies I already had, and the rest I got off the dollar or clearance isle at Michaels.

Paint with modge-podge mixed with gold glitter to prevent glitter from shaking off all night long while your dancing. I always seal it with an extra coat of modge-podge, but wait until first layer has dried.

use hot glue to add fringe!

Cardboard cone party hat to be hot glued to $1 headband

Again, paint with modge-podge mixed with glitter.

This is some type of silver metallic paper that Chris' work donated to my classroom. I used it to make fringe and icicles for my schools holiday program as well.

I cut the paper to the length of the wall and then cut it in half to make 2 strips.

cut fringe about 1 inch apart strips.

make sure not to cover wall outlets!

I just used white masking tape to attach fringe to wall.

My baby love :)

 And now it is time for me to start getting ready for mine and Chris' 25th Mad Men B-day party!
