![]() In honor of transformation Tuesday, I thought I would show you how I transformed my bathroom this weekend with my favorite, washi tape! So I have been thinking about how I wanted to spruce up our guest bathroom. I looked into some peel and stick wall paper, which is very pricey. So, I decided washi tape would be the way to go for now. I initially was thinking I would make little crosses or "+ + + +" marks with the tape, but then got inspired to do this design instead. I used the tiles on the floor to find the center of the wall. (There are 9 tiles across the bottom of the wall, so the 5th one is the center). I just eye-balled it to create straight lines. Its pretty easy to do with tape. If your line isn't straight, you will create wrinkles in your tape. If its really going to bother you, use a ruler with a level and a pencil to draw the lines first. I am oh so very H A P P Y with how it turned out. I feel like it makes the space feel much larger. Its dramatic, yet simple at the same time, and it only took about 30 minutes to do! The hardest part was taring off the tape in long strips with out bunching it up. Happy D.I.Y.ing!
